M/A/R/C® Research Welcomes Nicole Robertson as Vice President of Business Development & Account Management

December 18, 2024 - M/A/R/C® Research is pleased to announce that Nicole Robertson has joined the company as Vice President of Business Development & Account Management, providing additional expertise and value to the company's Business Development division.

M/A/R/C® President Randall Wahl said the company is excited to be able to offer clients the added consumer-focused leadership and perspective of Nicole's rich experience in marketing research and consumer insights. "Our clients will be really impressed with how dedicated she is to providing top-notch consumer insights that help shape important business decisions."

Nicole brings more than 15 years of industry experience delivering insights-driven strategies, on both the client and supplier side. In her new role, she will focus on partnering with clients to develop successful brands that thrive in today's evolving markets.

Nicole is excited to apply her passion for customer experience and business development to her role at M/A/R/C® Research. "In addition to strengthening our financial services relationships, I look forward to utilizing my knowledge of diverse industries to bring value and a fresh perspective to the M/A/R/C portfolio," she said.

Nicole started her career at Capital One and has honed her knowledge and skills in marketing research and business development roles at Consumer Insights Group and Circana. As part of the Master of Marketing Research program at the University of Georgia, Nicole completed a year-long course project with The Coca-Cola Company. Her extensive background in consumer insights encompasses advanced quantitative analytic approaches and qualitative interpretation. Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. She volunteers her time at an animal rescue shelter in Atlanta, Georgia.
